Our store is hosted on Bluehost, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location/pincode.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be edited. Requests for address change must be emailed to support@lensoz.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which must be borne by the customer.


SECTION 8 – RETURN, REFUND & DEFECT POLICY

  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video – Customers must record a clear, continuous opening video at the time of receiving the package from the courier. This is required in case of any return/refund/defect claim.

  2. 48-Hour Reporting Window – Any defect, damage, or request for return/refund must be reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.

  3. Customized Power Lenses – No refund or return will be accepted for customized power lenses, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

  4. Customer-Initiated Returns – The customer must courier the return product at their own cost. Once the product is received and verified at our facility, if the issue is confirmed to be a company fault, we will issue a full refund (including courier charges) within 7–10 business days.

  5. Personal Requirement Changes – If the customer requests changes such as frame updates, lens power updates, or any personal preference changes, courier charges will not be refunded.

  6. Courier Proof Requirement – The return/refund/defect request will only be accepted if the customer provides a courier shipment screenshot within 48 hours of initiating the return.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their products, or services, even if linked through our site.
