📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage & Charges
We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum purchase required — so you don’t pay extra for delivery to any part of the country.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is placed and processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly for customized products such as prescription lenses or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

3. Order Processing
Order processing begins once payment is confirmed and includes quality checks and packaging. Processing times can vary based on product type and customization.

4. Tracking Your Shipment
Every order is shipped with a tracking number — you will receive tracking details by email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched so you can monitor its progress.

5. Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet the above delivery windows, external factors like courier delays, public holidays, or remote delivery routes may affect delivery time. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact customer support for assistance.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives:
Incorrect (wrong model, color, or size)
Damaged or defective
Incomplete or missing components
Photographic or video proof may be required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Customized or prescription lenses (made specifically for you)
• Items that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories

3. How to Initiate a Return
• Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and supportive images/videos.
• Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.

4. Exchanges
You may exchange unopened, unused products for another model, color, or size provided:
• The item is in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
• If the new item’s price is higher, you will be charged the difference.
• Return shipping fees may apply unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

5. Refunds
Once a returned item passes inspection, refunds will be processed as follows:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
• If quality inspection fails (used, damaged, etc.), we may decline the refund and return the item to you.
