All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed and again when it ships.

Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, etc.): 2–4 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a minimal handling fee of ₹50 may apply.
There are no hidden charges — the price displayed at checkout is the final amount.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your order anytime through the “Track Order” page on our website using your order ID.
